This year, we are doubling down on strengthening our core in-house workforce — intentionally training the next generation of Communication Professionals while recruiting highly talented individuals who align with our standards and culture. Building strong teams from within remains the foundation of our long-term success.

Our footprint continues to expand beyond state lines as we establish a solid presence in Kentucky, now supporting two large-scale fiber projects and proving our ability to execute at a high level across multiple markets. At the same time, we are seeing a surge of opportunity in hyperscaler bidding and are confident that hyperscale infrastructure will become a significant part of Tennessee’s future. We are preparing accordingly — with the manpower, systems, and leadership to meet that demand.
