The visionary behind this statement and such a uniquely fraternal work culture is the President of the company Nick Goldmann; President by title but lineman at heart. It was through the lens of being a lineman when he worked under his father, Hank Goldmann, and later with Ahmad Olomi, Executive VP of the company that he envisioned and founded HP Communications. Soon after its inception, Chris Price; VP of Operations of the company completed the trio that would pour their hearts into growing the company from five employees in 1998 to 850 strong 25 years later.
