2024 was a highly successful year for Houston. The team completed 306 miles of cable installation and 100 miles of new underground construction. Additionally, we successfully activated 8,500 customer locations as part of the Fiber to the Home Build initiative. We are excited to share that the Houston Market will be a part of one largest fiber placement contract awarded by Lumen. We look forward to continuing our progress and building on these achievements in the year ahead.

2024 was an exceptional year for the Dallas team. We established new partnerships with local customers, such as NTTA and have the privilege to be a part of their maintenance contract. We successfully completed over 250 miles of new underground construction and 150 miles of cable placement. Additionally, we were awarded a full turnkey project with Zayo and have the exciting opportunity to contribute to Lumen's largest fiber placement project. We are excited to see what 2025 brings and will continue to serve our customers with the highest standards.
