Metro Los Angeles
We are excited to announce the merger of our Los Angeles and Orange County offices, officially forming Metro Los Angeles. The Tennessee Team enters 2026 with momentum and vision. This year, we are doubling down on strengthening our core in-house workforce — intentionally training the next generation of Communication Professionals while recruiting highly talented individuals who align with our standards and culture. New Underground Construction
This scope consists of installation of new underground structure for the purposes of installing new conduit & cable. Construction methods include directional drilling (“bore”), open trench, micro-trench and rock-saw. This also includes placement of all required hand-holes, vaults, manholes, restoration of the affected areas and placement of new cable (via pulling or blowing method).
Node Construction
This scope consists of placement of new poles (wood, concrete, steel, fiberglass), installation of all equipment (radios, antennas), performing sweep/PIM testing, ground testing and fiber optic testing.
Fiber & Copper Splicing and Testing
This scope consists of placement and prepping of new splice cases, prepping of existing splices cases, splicing and termination of fiber optic or copper cable. For the fiber we are utilizing the latest fusion machines. It also includes bi-directional OTDR, OPL and front end connector testing (if required).
Hub Build Outs
This scope consists of installation & labeling of new equipment, creating a pathway for placement fiber optic patch cords, place patch cords from the FDP to new MMR cabinets, testing of new connections with signal generator & site master, connecting DC power to newly installed ladder racks & equipment cabinets and bonding of new equipment/cabinets.
Maintenance & Emergency Repair
This scope consists of regularly scheduled maintenance work on the existing network as well as “24/7” on-call emergency response for repair/outages. The requisite resources will be made available to respond to any type of scope of work (i.e. aerial, lease, underground, node, network splicing, hubs, etc.)
Structured Cabling & Electrical
This scope consists of design and installation of: voice/data networks, security surveillance systems, indoor wireless distribution systems, residential multi-dwelling units (FTTH), electrical panels (including upgrades), branch circuit outlets and commercial lighting.
Subsurface Utility Locating
This scope of work includes using specialized equipment ( IE Vacuums and or Vacuum trucks) to locate and mark underground utility lines, such as gas, water and electrical before excavation safely and prevent damage. This role requires a clear understanding of different utility systems and adherence to safety protocols.
Engineering & Permitting
This scope consists of route development, high level design, detailed engineering of the various scopes (i.e. aerial, lease structure, new underground, private property, inside wiring, etc.). Scope also includes interfacing with the various utilities, private/public agencies and private property owners to submit all required documents (permit applications & engineered drawings) to obtain the necessary permits. To include Fiber Engineering Splice packages as well as Power Engineering splice packages.
Fabrication
This scope consists of development, design, engineering and testing (i.e. wind-loading) to fabricate custom wireless products such shrouds, antenna brackets and transition hardware. This includes working with the various municipalities to ensure compliance with both industry standards as well market specific codes.
Project Management
This scope consists of project pre-planning, development, schedule forecasting, budget/cost management and construction milestone oversight.
